"Tracking never updated after I paid"
I placed my order and paid, but the tracking just stayed stuck and never really updated. I kept checking it thinking maybe it was delayed or somethng, but nope. I tried reaching out for help and didn’t get any real answer, which was frustrating tbh...

I went in hoping to pick up a few things, but literally everything I wanted was out of stock. When I asked about it, the response felt kind of condescending, like I should’ve already known or something. Just a frustrating experience overall.

"Not worth the wait"
I was disappointed with this, especially after waiting longer than I expected for it to arrive. The toys just felt kind of random, and I didn’t really see much educational value in them. I was hoping for something more thoughtful and engaging, but it didn’t feel like there was much learning going on.

"The discounts didn’t work for me"
I went to the site after seeing the sale banner and figured I’d grab something while it was discounted. But when I got to checkout, the discount didn’t show up the way I expected. I even tried using the promo code that was listed on the site, and it still said it wasn’t valid. Maybe I missed some fine print somewhere, but it just felt frustrating and a bit misleading. After messing with it for a while, I gave up and bought the item somewhere else

"Checkout felt sketchy"
I was ready to buy something last night, but when I got to the payment page, it just looked off. I hesitated for a minute, and the more I looked at it, the less comfortable I felt putting in my card details. Ended up closing the page and leaving without ordering anything.

"I bought this because it said ages..."
I bought this because it said ages 3+, but once we opened it, I was disappointed. There were a bunch of tiny pieces, and the instructions were way too complicated for my 4-year-old to follow. It felt like the age rating was just thrown on without much thought. I ended up putting it away almost right away, and in my opinion, it was a waste of money.

"Felt Like Nobody Checked the Order"
I ordered three specific toys for my kid’s birthday, but only one of them was actually right. The other two were completely different items, not even close to what I picked. The weird part is the packing slip had the correct order on it, so it feels like there wasn’t a real person there actually checking what went in the box. Now I have to mess with returns, which is frustrating.

I was trying to browse kidstoys.us and, yeah... the site kept freezing on me. I’d click around for a bit and then it would just stop responding, which made shopping way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Shipping was painfully slow"
I ordered from kidstoys.us thinking it would show up within a few days, but it took way longer than I expected. The worst part was the lack of real updates. I kept checking and just got those useless automated messages that don’t actually tell you anything. It’s really frustrating, especially when you’re ordering kids’ stuff you need by a certain time. I would’ve appreciated an actual update from a real person instead of feeling like I was stuck waiting on a system that didn’t care.

"Description didn’t match my experience"
I ordered this expecting it to be like the description, but when it arrived a few days later, it was clear it wasn’t what was advertised. I gave it a quick look right away and felt disappointed because it just didn’t match what I thought I was getting.

"Didn’t feel safe for my kids"
I really wanted this to work, but after just one day, small pieces started breaking off. I noticed a little bit on the floor where my kids were playing, and that made me uncomfortable right away. For something meant for kids, it just doesn’t feel safe enough

"I was trying to buy a birthday..."
I was trying to buy a birthday gift and thought it would be a quick order, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my shipping info. At that point I already felt like maybe I should’ve just gone somewhere else from the start.
Then the total in my cart didn’t match the total on the payment page, which made me second-guess the whole thing. I refreshed, had to type everything in again, and just got more annoyed with myself for sticking with it as long as I did.
The toys might be great, but I never even made it that far. I ended up closing the site and ordering from another store, and I definitely regret wasting time on this one.

"Snapped the same day"
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t paying attention to every little detail at first, but the cheap plastic stood out right away. After just one afternoon of using it, it broke. Disappointing straight out of the box.

I ordered a toy from Kids Toys, and it ended up arriving later than I expected. The box was also a little crushed when it got here, which was kind of disappointing. My kid still liked the toy, so it wasn’t a total loss, but i probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Order showed up way too late"
I ordered a toy for my son's birthday, and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. The tracking info barely changed the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on.

When I reached out to customer service, they pretty much just told me to wait a few more days. It finally showed up over a week late, but it's not worth the stress if you need something by a certain date.

"Some of the toys were really cute..."
Some of the toys were really cute, but the prices felt higher than what I’ve seen at other shops. I was expecting better deals, and the shipping cost made it feel even less worth it. I also tried asking support about it, but I felt like I kept getting bounced around in the same loop without a clear answer, which was frustrating.

"I felt ignored"
I tried contacting them a few times about my order, i felt like I was just getting brushed off. When I finally did get a reply, it didn’t really clear anything up for me or help with what I actually needed. From my side, it was just annoying and way more hassle than it should’ve been.

"Wheel broke after a few days"
I ordered a toy truck from kidstoys.us and it didn’t really hold up. My kid was just playing with it normally as far as I saw, and after like 3 days one of the wheels snapped off. Maybe we just got a bad one, I don’t know, but the plastic felt kind of cheap too. For the price, I wouldn’t buy it again.
